Every piece we sell is one of a kind, so we describe each one carefully — its age, origin, condition and any restoration — and photograph it honestly before it is listed.

1. If a piece arrives damaged Please record a short unboxing video and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. Every shipment is insured; we will arrange a full refund or, where possible, an expert repair at our cost.

2. If a piece is not as described If the age, material or condition differs materially from our description, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, including shipping both ways.

3. Change of mind Because each piece is unique and handled with great care in transit, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. We are always happy to answer questions, send more photographs or arrange a viewing in Hyderabad before you buy.

4. How refunds are paid Refunds are made to your original payment method — or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders — within 7 working days of the piece reaching us in the condition it was sent.
